Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment, please contact us with your order number and we will help investigate.
